Some celebs went a bit too far while going for a face lift. Celebrities realising that the media and public are not very kind to ageing.

At a first glance you would think the picture on the left is Jackie Stallone after the facelift but

that was the pic before she went under the knife!

In the end there are always the celebs who get things right.

Lady Gaga used to have a rather oversized nose but has had some great help downsizing it to the perfect size.

Demi Moore is nearly 50 and damn shes looking good! She realised that Hollywood is very unkind to ageing female actresses. She also had her knees lifted.

Ashlee Simpson's nose was made a little smaller making her eyes and mouth look bigger.
