After 3 years of marrriage Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley have called the marriage off after the Skater Boi singer asked Sum 41 rocker to move out of their mansion.
“She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on. Divorce papers will be filed any day now.” A source added, speaking to the Us Weekly.
The source continued saying that Deryk was 'crushed' and he wanted to work through the problems. Avril said she just wanted to move on with their relationship. Deryk and Avril had been working on some new tracks for her album but she said she will drop those and create totally new ones. A friend told the press, "She is going to do new songs that don't have his mark on them. She wants no trace of him."
Taylor Swift was left embarrassed after Kanye West the MC jumped up on stage at the VMAs while she was giving her acceptance speech after winning the award for Best Female Video. Kanye started to cheer Beyonce saying she also had one of the best videos.
Taylor said to MTV after the award show that when West was approaching her she thought it would end up being a good thing. "Well, you know, I was up there and I was standing there and I saw Kanye up on the stage, I was really excited ... and I kind of wasn't excited anymore." Taylor explains.
However, when Beyonce was up on stage after she won the award for Video of the Year she allowed Taylor a second chance to give her speech. "It was just so wonderful and so incredibly classy of her and just gracious and wonderful to let me say something. She's just been my hero and one of my idols ever since I was little. She's a great person."
Kanye apologised after the VMAs on his blog, "I'm sooooo sorry to Taylor Swift and her fans and her mom."
Who knows this could be another one of the MTV stunts because it happened with Bruno and Eminem back at the Music Awards.

Katy Perry has rumored that she is going to get married to her boyfriend Travis McCoy when she was spotted wearing a diamond ring last week on an evening out in Los Angeles. She had said earlier in the year that she would like to get married within five years so she coud share her experiences with someone, and certainly has doine just that.
Travis and Katy split last year in December but then suddenly got back together in April after Katy had an intense schedule for her tour.
Chris Brown is in for a tough time for the next 5 years after he was sentenced by the Virginia chief Bryan Norwood for assaulting Rihanna back in February. The 20 year old is set to server six months hard labour in his home town Virginia. The community service tasks have revealed what Chris will be doing in a letter that was read out in the court.
"It is my understanding that the Court desires the imposed community service to be labour intensive. Along those lines, we are prepared to put Mr Brown to work in the community performing manual labour tasks, such as graffiti removal, trash pick up, washing cars, cleaning, maintaining grounds, etc."
Madonna has once again broken her own record for the highest amount made on a world tour. Her Sticky & Sweet tour grossed in an enormous $457 383 608 which started off in August last year. The Queen of Pop has been named as the most succesful outing by a solo artist.
Her previous record raked in $209 089 649 on her 2006 Confessions world tour. The higest grossing tour was by the Rolling Stones which made $558 million between '05 and '07.
